Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering The Regional Tribune (TRT) as a platform to share your regional research studies. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your manuscript:
- Scope: TRT publishes original research articles, review papers, and short communications related to regional studies. We welcome interdisciplinary studies that explore various aspects of regional development, policies, economies, cultures, environments, and more.
- Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be written in English and should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
- Manuscripts should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins and 12-point font size.
- The first page should include the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and a short abstract of no more than 250 words.
- The main text should be organized into sections with clear headings and subheadings.
- References should follow the APA style (7th edition)
- Structure:
- Title: Choose a concise and informative title that accurately reflects the focus of your study.
- Introduction: Clearly state the objectives, significance, and research questions/hypotheses of your study.
- Methods: Describe your research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques in detail.
- Results: Present your findings in a clear and logical manner, using tables, figures, or graphs as appropriate.
- Discussion: Interpret your results, compare them with existing literature, and discuss the implications and limitations of your study.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, highlight the significance of your research, and suggest avenues for future research.
- References: Follow the APA style for in-text citations and reference list formatting.
- Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted online via OJS available at our website.
- Authors should register and create an account on our website before submitting their manuscripts.
- Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
- Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are free of any identifying information to ensure a blind review process.
- Review Process
- All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous blind-peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers.
- Reviewers will evaluate the quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript and provide constructive feedback to the authors.
- Authors will be notified of the decision on their manuscript after the completion of the Peer-review process.
- Ethical Considerations:
- Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere or under consideration for publication in any other journal.
- Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
- Proper acknowledgment should be given to the contributions of others in the research.
- Copyright:
- By submitting their work to TRT, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the accepted manuscript.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for the use of any copyrighted material included in their manuscript.
